Did They Have What It Takes?
Five fearless supporters took the leap from 15,000ft!
What an incredible way to kick off fundraising for 2025!
On Sunday 6th April, we launched our first fundraising event of 2025 and it did not disappoint! With blue skies overhead and the sun shining, five brave fundraisers took on the ultimate adrenaline challenge - a 15,000ft skydive!
With an early arrival at 8am at GoSkydive Salisbury, the team went through a safety briefing before practising their body positions in the harnesses.

Before they knew it, their names were called out over the tannoy and they were making their way onto the plane. After a nerve-racking 12 minutes of ascending into the skies, strapped to their instructors, they reach 15,000ft!
One by one, each individual jumped from the plane, launching into a 60 second freefall at 120mph. Once the parachutes opened, they could finally relax and soak in the stunning views of the South Coast.
The result? An outstanding £3,419 raised for the Foundation!
We'd like send a HUGE thank you to the incredible individuals who made this possible:
- Caitlin Milsom
- Joseph Ledlie
- Paul Powley
- Rob Smith
- Liam Sharples
It takes real courage to jump from 15,000ft, we are so proud of everyone's bravery and support for the Foundation! Thanks to your fundraising efforts, we are able to make a real, lasting difference in the lives of the families we support.
Feeling inspired?
If this sounds like something you'd love to try, we'd love to have you join us for our next jump!
